Font	Standard Window office font provided by MS Office (such as Arial, Calibri or Times New Roman) * If you use fonts other than standard Window Office fonts, please bring the font file itself with the presentation files(s).

2) How to Submit Your Presentation File

① Submit presentation file On-site (Preview Room)

Please visit the Preview Room at least 1 hour before your scheduled presentation and bring your presentation files on a USB memory stick.
Presenters are requested to check their presentation files to ensure they work correctly in on-site System.
If your presentation files(s) contain(s) movies or sound, you are requested to zip them into one folder and bring them on site (preview room) to ensure that they work properly.
Preview’s information will be updated.

② Pre-submission

* For files uploaded after the 13th, the final version may not be prepared on site. For modified PPT files after the 13th, please bring them on a USB and replace them at the preview room.

3) Equipment

Session rooms will be equipped with a computer, projector and microphone.
The podium will be equipped with a monitor, microphone, mouse and smart pointer.
We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
**Apple Macintosh / Apple Keynote / Personal Laptop Users: Please visit the on-site preview room and bring your Mini Display Port-VGA Adapter.

4) Before your Presentation

Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.
We DO NOT recommend using your own laptop computer for your presentation to avoid problems with computer-projector compatibility.
You will be responsible for controlling/advancing your presentation slides.

2) How to Record Your Presentation

Request to use ‘Zoom’ or ‘PowerPoint’ program to record your presentation.
Find a quiet place and turn any mobile devices to silent mode.
